On Wednesday, January 25th, Hill County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Supervisor Amanda Hamilton received the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars National Dispatcher Award. HCSO Dispatch Supervisor Hamilton received this award in recognition for her dedication and selfless service to the Hill County Sheriff’s Office. Dispatch Supervisor Hamilton started her career with the Hill County Sheriff’s Office in September of 2011.  In his nomination letter, Hill County Sheriff Jamie Ross spoke of Dispatch Supervisor Hamilton’s service to our community as being “exemplary and exceeds the qualifications of this citation.” Dispatch Supervisor Hamilton is the first 911 Dispatcher in the State of Montana to receive the VFW National Dispatcher Award. Thank you Amanda for your selfless service to our community! We could not be more proud of your hard work and dedication!
