GREAT FALLS, Montana – The City of Great Falls is planning to conduct paving operations along the River’s Edge Trail.  The project is located along the north bank of the Missouri River upstream of the 10th Street Bridge.  See attached site map.

The construction activity will require temporary closure of the River’s Edge Trail along the north side of the Missouri River.  The closure will extend from the Waste Water Treatment Plant off of 4th Ave NE to the 10th Street Bridge.  The City will be working in this area between Monday July 17th and Thursday July 20th 2023.  During the construction period this section of the trail will be closed.  The City will provide barricades in the area of construction.   The public’s patience and consideration during this process is appreciated.  For more information about the paving operations along the River’s Edge Trail, contact Eric Boyd, at 406-771-1401.
