The agenda includes a discussion and recommendation vote on the annexation and assignment of R-10 Mobile Home Zoning for IX Blessings Mobile Home Park at 4600 7th Ave. North. This proposal involves 154 manufactured home pads.

The company seeks approval to handle hazardous substances in support of operations related to sustainable aviation fuel and jet fuel.
