Neighborhood Council #4 will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, August 28, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will take place at Heritage Baptist Church, located at 900 52nd Street North.

The agenda includes a discussion and recommendation vote on the annexation and assignment of R-10 Mobile Home Zoning for IX Blessings Mobile Home Park at 4600 7th Ave. North. This proposal involves 154 manufactured home pads.

A new business item on the agenda is a conditional use permit request from Ponderosa Solutions for their site at 6501 18th Avenue North. The company seeks approval to handle hazardous substances in support of operations related to sustainable aviation fuel and jet fuel. Products proposed for handling include Diesel #2 Ultra Low Sulfur, RD99LC (renewable diesel), Sustainable Aviation Fuel known as RJ100 (SPK-HEFA), and unleaded gasoline.

Other topics will include neighborhood concerns, miscellaneous reports, and suggestions for future agendas from council members.
