May 5-11th we are planning something special for YOU.
This spring we are excited to present something a little different. Our spring retreat will be a fun escape during mud season AND an opportunity for you to dive deeper into the practices of yoga.
Join us for Yoga+Beats and some special workshops and lectures on Chakras, Energetics of Yoga, Advancing Your Asana, Ethics of Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and more! This retreat will count towards Yoga Off Broadway’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training hours so if you are interested in becoming a teacher, or want a sneak peek into what we are up to then this trip is for you!
Trip Includes:
6 Nights Lodging
Breakfast and Snacks Daily
Happy Hour drinks and apps upon arrival
Eight Yoga Classes with Yoga+Beats with Yvonne and Kirby K
Eight (Optional) Student Intensive Workshops and Experiences

Each day will provide time to explore, relax by the pool, and retreat at the near by State Park.
