Of the 56 people living in Sun River in 2019, 39.3 percent (22) were women and 60.7 percent (34) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Montana Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 18-to-12. All five individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
