2.1% of citizens unemployed in Teton County in 2021

Teton County recorded an unemployment rate of 2.1% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 60 people out of the 6,173 living in Teton County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Teton County has increased compared to the 1.3% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Teton County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 4%.

Of the 2,805 people who had a job during that time, 22 were employed in the Armed Forces and 2,783 belonged to the civilian labor force.
