City of Great Falls issued the following announcement.
5th Annual 5k Ruff Run
2020 5k Ruff Run on June 13th
Saturday, June 13, 2020 - 8:00am
This year sure has brought many changes and cancelations throughout the world. This year our 2020 Pet-a-Palooza will be canceled but we are still going to hold our 5th Annual 5k Ruff Run. We will be practicing Social Distancing and are starting the Runners and Walkers at different times, to eliminate a large crowd. All proceeds from this event will go to our "HUG" Help Us Grow Project. As always you are welcome to bring your Furry Friend along.*
Where: Elks Riverside Park (by the skate park)
Registration Forms: You can pick up your packet at the Great Falls Animal Shelter, Fetch Pet Boutique or you can print it off from the link below. We ask that you pre-register to eliminate a large crowd at sign in. Registrations forms must be turned in by 4:00pm on June 12th.
Registration Fee: $10 for Adults, FREE for kids 14 and younger
T-Shirts: We were not able to order new shirts for this year, but we will have shirts available from previous years for $5.00
Sign in for Runners begin at 8:00am. Race begins at 8:30
Sign in for Walker begin at 8:30am. Walk begins at 9:00
Water Stations will provide water buckets for dogs and water for the humans as well
FREE colorful bandanas for ALL participating pets!
