100 percent of applicants to Montana State University-Northern were admitted for fall 2018

At Montana State University-Northern, 70 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 55 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Havre enrolled 1,090 students in fall 2018, including 1,031 in undergraduate and 59 in graduate programs, data shows. 9.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

79 percent of undergraduates are residents of Montana, and 17 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (74 percent) and American Indian or Alaska Native (11 percent).

The school admitted 100 percent of the 604 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 31 percent enrolled.
