Stone Child College enrolls 444 undergrads

At Stone Child College, 69 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 59 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Box Elder enrolled 444 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

98 percent of undergraduates are residents of Montana.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as American Indian or Alaska Native (95 percent) and white (4 percent).
