The Great Falls-Cascade County Historic Preservation Office is accepting nominations for the 2025 Historic Preservation Awards. These awards recognize individuals or organizations that have contributed to the restoration, protection, or dissemination of the history of Cascade County's historic places. Awards will be announced at a ceremony in May during National Preservation Month.

Nomination forms are available on the City’s website, and submissions are open until April 8.

Since its inception in 2001, the Historic Preservation Office has given out over 80 awards. Recipients have varied widely, including tradesmen, nonprofit organizations, coalitions, and property owners. Recognitions cover building restorations, craftsmanship, stewardship, and historical research.

Further details can be found on the City’s website.
